I am not familiar with the #38 Dale Earnhardt diecast, however his daughter Kelly drove the #38 Mom & Pops late model in the mid 1990s. This diecast was released in 2005 and is worth approximately $40. In the 1970s, Dale drove a #30 Army car which is worth approximately $60.
I could be worth any where from $2.00 to $60.00, it depends if it's used or new still with the tags on the shirt. You should check on Ebay to see how much something like that is selling for at this time.

Sounds like a drive axle half shaft. Have it replaced. Not that expensive.
Why would you want to break open a flash drive? Crack the plastic housing carefully with a vice or pliers and jemmy apart with a screwdriver.
You put your CD in the disc drive and wait till a window pops up called autoplay. if that doesn't show up then do to my computer and double click on the disc drive.
If your computer has a CD drive, but the video into it and it should start playing automatically or something pops out to ask if you want to play the DVD.
"Pops" has one syllable.
