the difference is that a kx is a 2 stroke bike and a klx is a four stroke. the difference in strokes is the cylinders and a 2 stroke needs gas mixed with the oil
im about your same height and i would go for a kx 85 beacuse its a 2 stroke and the seat is 33 inch so you can grow into it
no the 1985 kx 125 cylinder will only fit years 85-87 kx 125s
from what i hear the klx 140 is a great bike. This is why: Perimeter Styler Frame Fully Adjustable Rear Shock Rubber Mounted handle bar clamps KX style aluminum swingarm KX style fatty foot pegs Electric Start Front/Rear Disc Brakes
The DRZ 125 will barely edge the CRF 100 on top speed.but a klx 100 or kx 100 will beat them bothe
Yes
yes
how do you fix a crankshaft seal leak
no 93 kx 250 had more performance parts on them
you should get big bore kit, after market carb a couple sizes bigger than stock, an after maket exhaust, and make a couple holes in the airbox. if you want to gear it lower to get more low end power get a 52 tooth sprocket or if you want more top end you can get a50 tooth sprocket.( 51 tooth is stock). For the 140l you can also get kx 100 forks to make a better suspension and maybe even kx 100 back shock. you can also get a lighter battery and tune the carb right. tuning the carb right is everything. new bars will also increase handeling.
i got mine to go 95
