I have a 49cc Hyosung scooter. Under the bike in front of the muffler there are colored wires. The Hyosung bike has an all BLUE wire -- It needs to be cut. Once cut, my bike got an extra 10-15 mph (top speed now 45 vs. 30)!!!!. I was in Martha's Vinyard and went to a scooter rental place that had my particular scooter. The expert there showed me how to do it. VERY EASY and EFFECTIVE. Once the blue wire is cut you need to add a little bit of 2-stroke oil to each tank of gas due to the higher rev speed.
