Technically the Ferrari FXX is the fastest naturally aspirated car in the world, however the McClaren F1 is the fastest naturally aspirated production car.
the lotus exige 260s is the fastest non turbo 4 cylinder car...it will spring to 60 in 4 seconds flat, run the qtr n 12.7 seconds, and top out at 155... It is not turbocharged, but does have a supercharger...the fastest normially aspirated four cylnder is likely the Honda s2000 which is now out of production whch had 237hp and a top speed of 155.
The Honda s2000 was the fastest naturally aspirated four cylinder, although now the lotus elise is faster and uses an NA 4 cyl as well, but the s2000 has more horsepower. Quickest 4 cyl would probably be the subaru WRX STI, they're turbocharged 4 cylinders; they run about a 13 flat 1/4 mile(mostly because they're all wheel drive) and have about 300hp.
The Mclaren F1 is street legal, and it was the fastest street legal car in the world (391.4 kph) until it was surpassed by the Koeninsegg CCG (405.55 kph) in 2005.The car is still the world's fastest naturally aspirated producation car and it has won the prestigious 1995 Le Mans 24 Hour Race.
Among production cars: European model of Honda Integra Type R 1997-2001 with advertised top speed 234 km/h and last model of European specs Honda Civic Type-R with advertised 235 km/h. The later DC5 Integra models should be even faster without the 180 km/h speed restriction obligatory in Japan.

The fastest production four-stroke single cylinder motorcycle is most likely the 2011 Honda CBR250R.
The R/T Twin Turbo AWD is the fastest, oddly enough followed by the ES, because of its light weight. The R/T (Naturally aspirated) has the extra weight of the R/T TT but without the needed power to make it move. The ES was discontinued in 93 i believe though. And STAY AWAY from the base model with the single overhead cam engine, and ES cars equipped with the SOHC engine.
Lotus Esprit- 300hp and 168mph in 1993
