Depends on the talent of the driver.

It varies by who the driver is and their place in the drivers championship. E.g. last year, Sebastian vettel got 12 million Euros despite Alonso and Hamilton receiving 20 million. But the lowest be like the caterham drivers or Max chilton who only received 150,000 Euros. So a huge pay gap depending on experience and talent of the driver.
