No. The prost f1 racing team became bankrupt and withdrew from F1 racing at the end of the year 2001. They never competed in the 2002 season. The Toyota Racing team was a totally new team sponsored by the Japanese Car manufacturer Toyota. They did not acquire Prost F1.

A parabolica is a curved part of the racing circuit which looks like a 'U' or a Parabola from the vertical view. It is one of the most challenging parts of the race track for the drivers to drive through. The Monza Track in Italy has one of the most famous Parabolica's in F1 history.

F1 tracks are not only for F1 cars but other forms of motorsport racing. they are built be makinga track by laying tarmac and adding features to it. However, the tracks used in F1 are suitable for F1 cars ie enough room to take other and have the ability o go around corners at various of speeds.
