More likely than not you have a tire out of balance or a bent wheel. Have your tires inspected and balanced.
Most likely its your tires. Could just need balanced. Or you might have uneven wear making it shimmy.
Bring to a shop that has an ABS scanner to determine problem with ABS light Sounds like rotors may be out of round causing shimmy need to be resurfaced or replaced

Only at low speeds, or worst at low speeds? Either way it's probably a bad front tire. Failing that, bad front wheel rim or front wheel rim not properly secured to the hub.
