The seating plan for each Cirque Du Soleil show is different. The only way that I know of viewing a seating plan is by going onto Cirque's website cirquedusoleil.com choosing any of the shows and pretend that you are going to buy a ticket. At somepoint during this process it will show you a seating arangement which in some cases you can choose to see in more detail. Also (and im not sure if this is true for every show) you will be given the option to see a picture from the point of view of any of the sections.
You may be describing a plan diagram for a raw stone, or a profile for a cut diamond. You can view such a diagram in the link, below. The diagram shows a round, brilliant diamond plan or profile.

I can't provide a diagram, but I can tell you where the Flasher Relay is located. It is located in the front seating area, passenger side, under dash, mounted behind glove compartment.
