How fast do hobby stocks go on dirt track?

I race two dirt tracks in Minnesota.they are both 3/8 mile high bank clay tracks,but one is smaller than the other.one track 50-55mph & other 55-60mph on average.Our rules are a stock 305 cid (if you run chevy) with a stock four barrel carb.
