SCREW THEM IN IT TIGHTENS OR LOOSEN THEM AND IT LOOSENS THE CHAIN. SOMETIMES I KICK THE BACK TIRES TO THE FRONT IT HELPS IF IT'S BEEN AWHILE SINCE YOU HAVE CHANGED THE POSITION.
