How did Ayrton Senna died?

Aryton senna died on the first of may when his fw16 came of the track at the 1994 Imola (san morino) grand prix. the back of the car was scraping the ground then after this the car started to go off aryton tried to correct this around 1 second after this started to happen however ayton ran out of road even thow senna lost 56mph going across the grass and gravel trap the car was still going fast enough to hit the concrete wall. the contact of the wall and the car left senna in a comber also the steering column pierced his visor after senna was take out of the wrecked car he was air lifted to hospital and later was declared clinically dead he was on a life support by Italian law but he still died.
