Infact you have to or you will get a ticket.
If a motorcycle can be licensed for the street, then the operator needs a license to ride it in any state. A 110cc Pocket Rocket is not legal on some roads in Michigan.
yes but not on a main street
You have to be 18.
no se nesesita una licensia para una pocket bike yes. and why would anyone let a twelve year old ride a pocket rocket on a legal street anyways?
yes only at 15 mph
yes just not on a main street
If it is 50cc or under, you can get a moped license at age 14 . If it is above 50cc, you need a motorcycle license and you need to be sixteen. Also, if it doesn't have licence plates, turn signals, headlamps, and break lights, you cannot take it on the street at all.
no, you have to have a liscense and be vover 16, get it registered, and have a license plate to drive it on the street or sidewalk.
I am mostly certain they arent street legal anywhere so just stick to parkinglots or sideroads. A 14 year old can drive it up and down a side street unbothered if it isn't loud.
In some states but you need a special license.
Usually, it doesn't matter, as most pocket bikes aren't street legal. Even if you have a license, you're still in trouble. yes you will need a motorcycle license to drive a pocket bike on public roads.
Technically it is illegal. I'm pretty sure. Hope I could help!
