you dont mix water with oil. If you have a two stroke engine it needs oil and petrol in the tank or it will just die on you. But if you have a 4 stroke you just put petrol in the tank. Hope this helps.
If petrol mixes with engine oil in a 4 stroke engine then the mixture becomes thick and its combustion will not be efficient. The exhaust will be smoky due to this incomplete combustion. also this will reduce engine efficiency.
4 stroke fuel is straight petrol, it does not have oil in it! If you use it in a 2 stroke engine you will seize the motor. 2 stroke fuel has oil added to it.
nothing the 2stroke-petrol will smoke as it burns the oil which should be mixed in it
No, you don't mix oil into the gas of a Polaris Trail Boss 350 4-stroke. It is a 4-stroke engine, and you do notmix oil with the gas.
No, you do not mix oil with the gas as it is a 4 stroke and has an oil resivoir.
It depends if it is a 2 stroke or a 4 stroke. A 2 stroke engine, you mix the gas and oil. A 4 stroke engine, there are separate tanks for the oil and gas.
if you have to mix oil with the gas its 2 stroke or cycle and if you have to change the oil its a 4 stroke or cycle
ok a 4 stroke engine dosent need lubricating oil. the oil is at the bottom of the piston pit, so the piston goes down [ 1 stroke] and lubricates itself. it come up again [ 2 ] and goes down a second time to let the petrol in, going up again to ignite the petrol. this means it has slower acceleration, higher max speed, and you dont mix lubricating oil with the fuel. a 2 stroke engine has the lubrication oil already mixed with the fuel [ done manualy] and so it cits the first 2 strokes of a 4 stroke down up repeat. =]
With a 2 stroke engine, you mix the oil with the gas. With a 4 stroke engine, there are separate tanks for the oil, and the gas.
For most lawn mowers, especially those with a 2-stroke engine, the petrol and gas are mixed to ensure lubrication of moving parts. 4-stroke engines (as commonly found on ride on mowers), usually have the oil and petrol separated. If you have a 4-stroke engine, then you need to disassemble it and replace the piston rings to stop the petrol from leaking into the crank case.
The recommended petrol to oil ratio for a 2000 Aprilia RS 125 is typically 50:1. This means you should mix 50 parts of petrol with 1 part of two-stroke oil. It's important to consult the owner's manual or manufacturer's guidelines for the most accurate information.
