But in the old days, (like 1960's) they would not crash on purpose because if they crash, it would have been a fatal accident. Or it's gonna be a rough ride. Nascars used to get airborn and barrel rolled like crazy, but these days, crashes arent that brutal. Now nascars just crash into a wall and slide on the cement.
