The engine will line up, you might be able to fabricate some engine mounts and make it work. I would check with my Suzuki shop and ask them before attempting such a chore.

Unfortunately, a newer yz250 model engine will not be able to fit the frame of a 1991 model. These engines were designed to specifically fit the frames of certain models of the vehicle and are not universal.
82-04 s10 frame
The bumpers on most newer cars are held on with two bolts on each side on the top of the frame in the engine compartment.
Motor mounts (engine mounts) are used to connect a car engine to the car frame. They are usually made of rubber and metal. The metal portion connects to the engine on one side and to the frame on the other. The rubber is in-between to provide some flexibility (so engine shake doesn't cause the car to shake). Newer cars may use slightly different mounts, however, there purpose is the same. Provide the connection from the engine to the car frame. The number of motor mounts varies from car to car. Hope this helps.
did you try looking at the front of the frame and seeing if the age is on the metal vin plate under your stearing head? other wise take the VIN to a dealer and they should figure it out. also upside down forks 88 and older, inverted 89 and newer. steel frame 96 and older, aluminum frame 97 and newer. that could atleast get you a base time period. also not if its liquid or air cooled.
You can only swap an engine of a Civic Hatchback with an engine of a newer car. Its only legal to swap in engines of the same or newer OBD series. So the Civic engine you swap with has to be a 94 or newer but any of those engines will fit.
no frame will fit a nova as it's a unibody.
http://www.kick-fix.com/CEL/CEL.html what year? above is 95 and older 96 and newer (all cars) needs a scan tool or code reader to see the error codes. The check engine lamps says, I have a DTC errors stored in memory. go get them.
Suzuki or cannondale but the newer ones are the Polaris its the YAMAHA RAPTOR SALEEN S5S!!!!!
any civic engine will work, any engine will fit, the amount of fabrication and frame modification and time and money required for this job makes it not a reasonable tasking to do. For a normal person, buying another car, or a newer car is suffice.
Nothing without fabrication involved.
