I think because of centrifugal force pushing the rider/bike to the outside of the turn. So since they're leaning inside, and the tires have enough friction not to slip, then the force is translated to causing the bike to want to stand up. The rider counters this by leaning and thus the bike doesn't stand up, nor does it fall. crystal clear right?

As the engine speed increase so does the speed of the oil pump. the faster the pump turns the higher the pressure becomes. When changing gear the engine speed drops along with the oil pressure.

the earth doesnt fall.
First off, you do not drive a motorcycle. You ride it. If you try to drive it you are going to fall. You use your entire body to steer a motorcycle. I suggest you take a motorcyle course in rider safety.
The leaves of a green plant would typically lose the most chloroplasts as summer turns to fall. This is because chloroplasts are primarily located in the mesophyll cells of leaves, which are responsible for photosynthesis. As the days get shorter and temperatures drop in the fall, leaves begin to senesce and chloroplasts degrade or are broken down.
