When a friend was riding a 2 stroke dirt bike and was reving it really high and it just bogged down and shut off and now it won't start What might be wrong with it?
The possible reason could be that the Piston assembly could have been affected/damaged. See if you are able to kickstart the bike; if the kicker is not moving freely then this surely is the reason; happens since the piston is NOT moving freely within the cylinder. Always make sure there is the stipulated volume of the lubricant in the engine assembly when it is running so that the piston's work is smooth!
If the kicker is moving freely, then there is possibility that the Spark Plug is 1, either lost its connection in the circuit, or 2, it is not working at all.
