The FAA did a lot of work to determine the factors involved in hydroplaning. Their testing showed that the speed at which hydroplaning can occur depends upon the air pressure in the tires.
The formula is
V = 9 * Sqrt(Pressure)
where V is speed in MPH and Pressure is in PSI
If you add weight but don't add air, the tire will compress, which causes tire pressure to go up, increasing the hydroplane speed.

A 70cc dirt bike will achieve a top speed of around 40mph
no not at all
The top speed of a mini dirt bike with a 49cc engine is typically around 25-30 miles per hour. However, this can vary depending on factors such as rider weight, terrain, and maintenance of the bike.
80mph
no but you can get a dirt bike or a cruiser bike or a speed bike but i havnt seen a bmx bike yet.
A 111 cc dirt bike will go approximately 40 miles per hour. The exact maximum speed is dependent upon the manufacturer of the dirt bike.
Tires can hydroplane as low as 40 mph if conditions are right.
it can reach a speed of 90mph its fast!
