Does it have valves (4 stroke) 2 stroke has ports Do you have to mix gas/oil (2 stroke)
Float height settings for the Kawasaki bayou are 17 millimeters from the edge of the float bowl to the very top of the float. Raising the float lowers the fuel level, this will also prevent fuel from coming out of the overflow tube.
Finding fuel in the crankcase oil is indicative of severely worn piston rings.
In the gas, 40:1 ratio.
either not enough gas or spark or... i had the clutch sticking once. it would go but not really bad clutch
32:1 is a great gas to oil ratio for any two stroke motocross bike. Also, a Ratio Rite is recommended for accuracy and simplicity.
I run mine at 33:1 it runs fine on that
If it's a 4 stroke there is no mixing oil and gas. the olny oil is in the crank case
my 99 ran 32/1. Runs like a top.
the floats in carb are sticking.remove carb and clean out carb replace float needle.
does it have an oil resivor or do you pre mix?? my 92 sx is 50:1 premix !! stay up -SpAzR
