Dirt Bike Swingarm Suspension

Also known as a swing fork, the swingarm is the main part in the rear suspension of modern motorcycles and ATVs. While the swingarm holds the rear axle in place firmly, it also pivots vertically, which allows the suspension to absorb the shocks of bumps in the road.

While there have been other types of suspensions tried, the swingarm is the one that is widely used.
