The standard gearing on a KTM 85 typically features a front sprocket with 14 teeth and a rear sprocket with 50 teeth. This setup provides a good balance of acceleration and top speed, making it suitable for both Motocross and off-road riding. Riders may adjust gearing based on their preferences or specific track conditions, but the stock configuration is designed to optimize performance for young riders transitioning to competitive racing.
