2 cycle engines require lubrication - it is in part from the oil added to the fuel that this requirement is satisfied. What happens? Nothing good. Accelerated wear, then it will not run, either from seizing, something breaking into itty bitty pieces or otherwise becoming a paperweight. Feel free to assume you know better than the manufacturer, it'll be an object lesson for one of you.
no1's 4 sure yet but there is a rumor of there being a fuel injected 2 stroke and if it will be sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, I some 2 stroke engines for boats have it and KTM is developing one for dirtbikes.
40:1, I run Maxima 2-stroke oil and that works awesome
There is no fuel/oil ratio, the 03 KTM 450 EXC is a four stroke. See link below.
it was a 4 stroke
yes sir it is

KTM!!!
KTM
85
The KTM 85 typically requires a fuel-to-oil ratio of 50:1 for 2-stroke oil. This means that for every 1 gallon (approximately 3.8 liters) of fuel, you should mix in about 2.6 ounces (or 75 milliliters) of 2-stroke oil. Always refer to the owner's manual for the specific model year for the most accurate information.
no only a ktm 50 engine will work good for a 3 stroke 380
