It's a rule of thumb to adjust your spring to your weight when you first purchase a dirt bike. The bike should drop 4 inches when you sit on it. You can measure this by buying a sag scale OR just using some measuring tape. Run it from the middle of your back wheel to the bottom of your side number plate. As for your rebound screw, put that in the middle and ride around a bit. If it is too springy, turn it 3 clicks counterclockwhise and ride again. Do the opposite if it is not springy enough. That should fix that. If not, repeat. The way to tell if it is springy or not is if your front wheel goes up or down in the air. It should be in the middle if you are using about half throttle. Same for the forks. Your rebound should be on the bottom of your fork and the hard/soft setting should be on top. Set your forks so that you are only using about half of their full potential. You can check this by looking at them and seeing where the clean spot stops at.
