i really need to know what kind of wheel you have. if it has any bead locks and that sort of thing. the main thing is to not use any sharp objects. if you have never done such a thing i would recommend paying a shop to do this for you. i run a shop and i would charge about $15 to do it. that's better than you breaking something or tearing a new tube or tire.
After changing a few myself I found that the last poster is correct, what a pain! Dirt bike tires normally do have a bead locker on the inside that is difficult to get around when removing and reinstalling the tire, it looks like another valve stem sticking out of the rim. Screwdrivers will puncture the tube no matter how careful you are. You can purchase tire spoons for the job that will help but iI have still messed up a tube using them.
Pry one of the spoons between the rim and the tire until you are under the bead and using the edge of the rim pry the tire out and around the edge of the rim, now hold it there and do the same with the next spoon about 6 to 8 inches away from the first. After you pry the second one up you should be able to remove the first one and move it down from the second one, do this until one side of the tire bead is off the rim ( the locker should come last as it will be difficult to free the tire from it. Now working from the other side of the tire but on the same side of the rim do the same with the other bead( you may want to remove the tube at this point ). Putting the new one on is almost the same using the spoons hold one part of the tire on to the rim and force small sections over the edge until the new tire is on ( doing large sections is almost impossible and can damage the tire or rim ) after one side is in install the locker loosely and the tube, then carefully work the other side of the tire on to the rim, aligning the locker under the bead when you are done and tightening it down. all this needs to be done without pinching the tube or you will need to start over with a new one. There should also be a rubber liner between the tube and the tire to help prevent punctures so make sure it is where it needs to be as well.
The use of Continental bike tires are mainly used and made for people who ride bikes for a living or take very long bike rides and need very safe and reliable tires to ride on.
Someone can purchase dirt bike tires from Rocky Mountain ATV and Motorcycle in Payson Utah. One can also shop at Motor Sport for dirt bike tires. Local bike shops in one's area will have dirt bike tires also.
a triathlon bike is like a road bike, thinner then mountain bike tires..
There are not any actual tires installed on this bike.
Yes, bike's is the possessive form for the noun bike; for example the bike's tires.
Bicycle tires can be bought and replaced easily at many biking stores. Bicycle Warehouse, Performance Bike, and Bicycle Tutor all sell replacement bike tires as well as teach one how to replace a bike tire.

Any tire need s compressed air. This helps it hold it's proper shape.
Car tires have very stiff sidewalls, that can carry some of the load. Bike tires are flimsy and have to do it all by air pressure. Besides, om a bike, with the power restrictions of its human engine, it becomes more important to keep the rolling resistance down as much as possible.
No...maybe xD
low tires cause drag and it takes more to push these tires down the road. most bikes run about 40psi.
Simple bike ? 10 speed bike? Ok. All you need to start is a torch, big hammer, crescent wrench, welder, some tires w/ nobbies and any 2 stroke engine.
