150f is the trail bike where 150r is the motorcross. Trail bike is a good solid bike, as long as you use it for what it's intended, trails. I'm sure it can do some motorocross stuff. If your looking to get into motorcross though, the 150r is better suited.

Buy a used 250, like a Honda XR or a Yamaha TTR. You are too tall for a midsize bike, like a CRF150F, and that's the only reason I am recommending a 250.

hi it should work just get a 12v spot light find a good place to put it and if your bike is newer model it should have battery for the electric starter just simply wire it to the battery connect it to your light and put a switch and if you cant wire it just take it to a auto electrician and it should be sweet. Just remember to have the bike running while you have have your light on.
