Thats wrong, 4 strokes have more torque. CC for CC 2 strokes are faster for ex. a Yz250 (2s) is faster than a YZ250f (4s). But in classes, the 4 strokes have such a displacement advantage its stupid, a 250 2 stroke has to race against a 450 4 stroke.... as the old saying goes there's no replacement for displacement, so the 4 strokes win because of rules...
