you put the back end on a jack then u undo the two bolts that hold the brake caliper on. then on top of the swing arm there is 4 bolts loosen them up.
on the back of the swing arm you will see 1 or 2 bolts depending on the year just tighten them up and then tighten the four on top back up and put the brake caliper back on and you have tightened the chain
Loosen the top two bolts on the swing arm, after tighten the two bolts on the rear of the swing arm until you have 1.5"-2" of slack. Tighten the top bolts back up and good to go

stock to stock my buddy has a z400 and i have a 400ex and me and him are the same weight and we are side by side the hole time and they both will go about 70mph it depends how much weight you put on the quads
