Find a table top you can over jump to flat consistantly, then w same speed approach lip at an angle like your carving up the face from the left side to the right corner so bike is on its right side of tires,at the lip "kick" the bars to the right and push your left knee in relaxing your right knee. This will have bike lay over scrubbin to the right now you with all that speed wont over jump but carve and change trajectory and land on the rear transition of jump.to get it back squeeze your knees tight and panic rev the throttle and it will come back guaranteed.
