I own a 6.5hp mini bike and i am in the process of changing the springs. I suggest when you change the springs to just go out and buy a couple of tougher springs for it and not use a piece of wire because when you have a solid piece of wire it doesnt allow you throttle to go back to its regular position.
ok now to get to the springs heres what you have to do.
First take off the seat
then on the right side off the bike there is a box which is covering the air/gas filter take of the wing nut
then you will see the filter which needs to come off you need to take the wing nut off of that to then if you pull it up it will come right off
then under the filter there is another box which has two silver screws which need to come out then that box comes off
then if you look at your gas cut off and and you choke on and off switches you will see two bolts those need to come off. then that box will come off but it might give you a little trouble coming off but eventually it will pop off but be carefull because your carborater might pull out but it is fine.
then that part is done
now you need to go in front of you gas tank and you need to take off the to nuts that are right under the front of the tank
not here is the tricky part if you go behind the gas tank and look by were your throttle cable is and you will see to screws that also connect to the tank those need to come off.
once all the screws are out of the gas tank that tank will lift up but don't take it off the gas line leading to the engine just take the tank off the part it is sitting on
now if you look by were you pull start you bike right above it you will see two cheap spings on leads from the place that you can see and it goes into a black spining peice by the throttle cable just follow the two strings and you need to take those two springs off and put the new ones on the exact place the old ones went. you can pick up springs at any auto part store.
MAKE SURE THAT THE TWO SPRINGS GO IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE THE OLD ONES WERE.
this information should help your bike pick it speed up at least 10mph if not more
Go to youtube and type in 6.5hp governor removal or you can also type in preparing a box stock engine. I removed the governor on mine completely and with a smaller rear sprocket it manages almost 60mph now. The governor doesn't let the engine rev over 3600rpm, with it gone it will rev to 6000rpm. If you don't have the mechanical skill to remove it completely you can bypass it. Replace the long spring that goes from the governor arm with a solid rod. So now you will have two rods on the governor arm and no spring. That works just as well as removal.
Solid
The large solid part of the Earth is called the lithosphere. It consists of the crust and the upper part of the mantle and is divided into several tectonic plates that float on the semi-fluid asthenosphere beneath.
yes
The spring clamping the two wires must be compressed to release the wires. the 1/4" screw and clamp need to be taken loose first. You would be advised to replace the coil with a solid state armature as the best option, however.
It is a "solid" Democratic state with a Republican as Governor.
Yes it is a solid because if a piece of cheese is a solid then why is a block of cheese is not is the same thing
Yes, a piece of wood is a solid because it has a definite shape and volume, and its particles are closely packed together.
If, by 'one piece', you mean solid -as opposed to laminated- then the answer is that a solid core will have significantly-higher eddy current (circulating current) losses than a solid core.
Yes it is a one piece shaft.
The size of a nanoparticle is smaller than any one piece of a solid; also an ion is smaller than a nanoparticle.
