An oil pump on a 1994 Honda Civic is found in the bottom end of the engine. To replace the oil pump the engine will require a rebuild as the crankshaft will have to come off as well.

Depends. If you are rebuilding the bottom end . Wiesco has a bottom end rebuild kit . I dont know how much . But if you are rebuilding just the top end . You can find top end rebuild kits for pretty low . About 90 dollars.
