As you are sitting on the bike, there is an idle adjustment screw on the left hand side of the carb about 1/3 of the way up on the slide. Turning the screw counterclockwise will slow the idle speed down on your bike and turning it clockwise will increase your idle speed ...Good luck
To bring the idle down on a Yamaha badger is really easy. All you have to do is adjust the fuel settings on the carburetor.
To set the idle, adjust the carburetor.
The Yamaha Raider does not have a idle adjustment based on the fact it has no carbs. It is fuel injected and auto adjusts based on the temperature and fuel delivery.
I like cats.....
On the side of the carb.
there is a little screw on the back of the carb. if you loosen it, it will idle slower, tighten it, it will idle faster.
I suspect that the carburetors need a good cleaning. It is not uncommon with the Yamaha, especially the quick start models, to have a reasonably good idle with gummed up carbs.

Find the carburetor and then adjust the idle screw however you like. You'll need a Philips screwdriver.
