Well its good but it also depends on how much you weigh. If your 200 lbs benching 275 its not that impressive. but say ur 130lbs then yes that's good. like i am 135lbs and bench 280lbs. that's more than double my body weight. and i sqaut 475 which is more than 3.5 times my body weight. So base your answer on how much you weigh.

235/65-15 or 275/75-15 are very good substitutes.
Maxing out could damage growth plates so before you are fully grown it is safer to do a minimum of 4-8 reps. I'm 15 years old, 5'8 140lbs, and i squat 275, and bench 170. So i know how you feel.

The average weight for a 15 year old ranges from 115-185lbs. Im weak and can only do 135lbs at 17 years old, but i dont workout that much haha, besides smoking pot. Was that good enough for you.
They most certainly could. Some girls i know who are 15 or 16 are between 250 to 275. And they're girls. I have a 19 year old friend who is 350 pounds! It's possible.
