And up until now I guess has always been the norm for Busboys to help service the patrons in ways such as giving bread or water to a table also by re-filling drinks and pre-busing tables (clearing a guests plate) these our the things that the servers are tipping the busboys for HELPING THEM TO SERVICE THE GUEST But it seems that more and more the busboy does nothing more then bus the tables. Well fine but why then should a server be made to tip them?!! There hourly wage is for busing & setting up the tables empting the bus tubs. WHY SHOULD SERVERS TIP busboys FOR NOTHING,THE COOKS ARE PAID A WAGE WITH NO TIP YET THEY DO MORE FOR THE GUEST THEN today new age BUSBOY!
