There were at least 5 different varieties of silver dollar struck in 1965. Values range from $7 or so (silver melt value) up to about $300 for the rarer types. You'll need to check pictures in a book such as Krause's Guide to World Coins or have it examined by a dealer who handles Canadian Coins.

Note that the Queen's picture is on ALL Canadian coins so that's not a distinguishing image.
