All things considered, I would expect it to help your game. There are a number of reasons this for this:
1) If you are sacrificing accuracy for this much speed, moving to a lighter ball may allow you to get the same velocity with a bit more control.
2) If fatigue causes you to bowl worse at the end of the series, a lighter ball may improve your endurance.
3) If you find yourself leaving a lot of 9-pins (for a righty), your ball may be driving through the pins too hard and not deflecting enough. A lighter ball will deflect more as it moves through the rack.
On the other hand, you may find yourself overpowering a 14-pound ball when you're used to a 16.
I'd recommend going down to a 15-pound ball, unless pain or an injury is the main motivation for going to a 14-pound ball.
The rules were not to touch the ball with your hands and the first team to put the ball through the hoops wins automatically and the loser is faced with death Something that might help... watch to movie El Dorado.
Keep practicing your ball juggles and that will help to improve your ball control.
Korba cannot be destroyed. As far as the game is concerned, they exist as a way to move you from one point to another (with the help of snatchers) and therefore can't be killed. You can escape their grasp by dropping a morph ball bomb when the snatchers begin to pile on to you.
There are many uses for a lobster ball machine. The most common use of this machine is to help tennis players improve one's game and skill of the game.

In the spirit of the game, yes they should, but to be able to sign your card, they must have witnessed every shot you hit, not necessarily where your ball goes. Some players don't help their opponent search for the ball, which you should, and some when they find it don't tell their opponent where it is, which is against the spirit of the game.
GPS rangefinders are a great way to improve your game on courses that you are unfamiliar with. They help you to locate the best areas to hit the ball. I'm not sure how much it will help with your golf game though, since it doesn't help you improve your swing or distance.
