The big thing isn't the bike, it's the rider.
London-Geneva is about 600 miles/1000 kilometers.
Even if you spend several days at it you need to be a seasoned rider to be able to cover that kind of distance with some sort of enjoyment.
And if you were a seasoned rider, odds are you wouldn't settle for such a low-end bike as the Viking Scirocco.
And you'd need to carry some equipment too. Even if you plan on credit card touring, you'd need to carry a change of clothes to get into after each day's ride. And some stuff to change into depending on riding weather.
Not something the Scirocco is set up to do at purchase.
The bike is low-end, but should survive. Parts are easy enough to come by, so most failures should be possible to sort out at the next town big enough to have a bike shop. But make sure to have it properly tuned and adjusted before taking off though. Usually they skimp on assembly on low-priced bikes.
I'd consider getting the rear wheel replaced with a freehub-equipped one instead of the freewheel versions. Freewheels have a weaker design and are more prone to axle bending/breaking.
Well I don't think they let you ride your bike in the chunnel. I don't think the VS will float. So I'm guessing it wouldn't be too suitable unless you do a hydrofoil conversion. Otherwise on the road...I'm guessing it has a robust frame that can take the punishment. It isn't a racing bike.
