No tennis player has ever achieved that feat you asked. There are even very few players who have won all 4 -even for once-. For example Nadal, Federer, Agassi and Laver have won all four grand slams. But Federer is the one who is more likely to achieve that feat. He has won 6 Wimbledon, 5 US Open, 4 Australian Open and just 1 Roland Garros. He has won 3 slams at least 4 times, but has won just one RG. The other players are far away from accomplishing that feat. Agassi won 1 Wimbledon, 1 RG and 2 USO. Nadal won 1 AO, 2 Wimbledon and 1 USO.
