There are two Apollo bike companies who have no connection to each other. One is English, established in 1931 and at some point was acquired by uk motoring superstore giants Halfords. They are as good as the cheapest bikes in the uk.
The other Apollo is Australian and was established in 1978. They are much higher quality bikes than the British company.
