She is Li Lingwei of China. She and her compatriot Han Aiping reached the final of almost every tournaments they entered and they both dominated female badminton in the 80s. Li beat Han most of the time. They were a class of their own. Susi Susanti was the best in the 90s and I'm sure she was only the 3rd best of all times.

Wang is definitely a rising star in the sport of Badminton. Saina Nehwal is ranked number two and made history being the first Indian to ever win a super series tournament. She won the Indonesian open in 2009, as well as 2010.
