According to Forbes the youngest person to ever appear on it's list of billionaires was German prince Albert von Thurn und Taxis. The now 23-year-old monarch first appeared briefly on the list at age 8, the year his father died. He did not appear on the list again until he turned 18 and collected his inheritance. Currently at 23 he is the second youngest billionaire on the list (2007).
