Noah steere or Dilip singh. Noah doesn't compete anymore, and Dilip is now an actor/wrestler. The above answer is somewhat correct. In terms of weight its probably Dalip Singh or Nathan Jones becasue they're so tall, but the absolute biggest, bulkiest, most muscular bodybuilder ever was probably Ronnie Coleman, Art Atwood, Lou Ferrigno in 93', or Greg Kovacs. Each of these guys were around 300 pounds onstage, with Lou being the biggest at 320 pounds...

Arnold Schwarenegger, Winning 7 Mr Olympia titles in total. 1970, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 1980. Three Mr Universe titles as well. Arnold main streamed bodybuilding in the 70's and made it what it is today.
