Valerie Villi
Valerie started shot put at the age of 14 when she met coach Kirsten Hellier who convinced her to try it. She quickly became very good at throwing the shot and won the World Youth Championship at the age of 16 and World Junior Championships at the age of 17. She is also the 2 time World Champion and is the current Olympic Champion.
