On a cold night in Wynne AR, Williams was dominating West Memphis' defense with two touchdowns by the second quarter. It was 16-0 Wynne, he was running through West Memphis' defense like they were standing still. So West Memphis' Couch "Oswalt" sent in Linebacker Thomas Clark to defensive end position on the last play of the half. Williams was handed the ball, he cut out towards the sideline and started to head upfield when Williams knee was introduced to Clark's shoulder. It was an amazing hit, the snap could be herd from the upper bleachers. Clark completely shut down Wynne's offense with that devistating blow. With Clark leading defense the rest of the game, they only allowed one more touchdown, wich lead to Wynne's loss 34-22. West Memphis then went on to an Undefeted Season for the first time in history, with Thomas Clark having the most tackles and sacks for the season.
