Woods is developing his first Golf course in the United Arab Emirates through his golf course design company, Tiger Woods Design. It will be called Al Ruwaya. Tiger Woods Dubai is a joint venture between Woods and Tatweer, a member of the government-affiliated Dubai Holding. The development is scheduled to be finished in late 2009 at Dubailand, the region's largest tourism project. Woods will also soon be working on his first course to be designed in the U.S. The Cliffs at High Carolina will be a private course sitting at about 4,000 ft in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Asheville, North Carolina.
