Bicycles can be ridden pretty much everywhere. But the only place that has a special name would be a velodrome, an arena for track cycling.
The general name for an arena where cyclists ride round and around on a banked track is a velodrome. On top of that, each arena usually also has its own individual name.
The track cycling event at the Olympics will take place at the Izu Velodrome in Izu City, Japan.
