There are portaloos or portapotties or whatever they are called, these are located out of sight and the players use them when they are walking from a green to the next tee. In the world matchplay at Wentworth in 2004 Sergio Garcia simply popped into the trees to go.

There are a number of options for a player when they are playing on the PGA Tour. Some stay in a hotel, others with friends, others with family, others rent a house near the Golf course and some stay at home if they live close enough to the golf course.
