Importantly, it is never one size fits all. The Golf game is unique as the golfers themshelves. Everyone including the pros has at least one weakness in their golf game if not more. To find suitable instructions and helps, we need to firstly identify those weak areas and match them to instructional websites that specialized in that certain area of our golf game. Be it putting, driving, tempo and posture. My wife. Lynda and I have a hobby website/directory that showcases a good number of instructional websites and each of their specialty in dealing the various aspect of the Golf game. We hand-picked few sites which we believe to be credible and useful and wrote a short review on each one in our directory page. Strangely more often than not, when we join an instructional course online or offline, we stumble upon our root problem far remote from what we perceive to be so. It does take a fair amount of trial and error and one on one time spend with an instructor. This highlights the point that effective communcation is vital especially on an online Golf instructional website. Here is a rough checklist on " what is a good Golf instructional website": - Does the instructor has his/her name and contact details clearly visible on the website. A direct and personal contact email or phone number is a plus. - Does the instructor clearly states his/her credentials and experience. - Is there a guarantee? For example: 90 days unconditional full refund policy. - Is the website updated regularly; is there a blog activity, updated newsletter and articles and change in product promotion. Do you find these information very useful and informative. Do you get prompt response from an email query you sent them. - Is there a good amount of "recent" testimonies of success stories. - Does the site clearly stated the expected result and improvement ensure. Is there a programme setup and constant interaction with the instructor to help you to reach your desired goals. - Lastly, what is the method of communication: live phonecall, emails, online video, e-books, snail-mail books and DVD or forum link with the instructor.
