We've been really happy with our BOB Revolution Stroller. It's rough and tough, and gives a smooth ride. The best thing is that it keeps up with me.We used to have the Out N About Nipper Twin 360, it's a twin stroller and is fantastic, very easy to push and manouver, both seats are suitable from birth and it's very lightweight. There isn't such a thing as a double car seat, most likely due to safety concerns and the buckle systems used in most vehicles. However, there is such a thing as a double stroller, and with twins this will most definitely make your life easier. A stroller!
As with any product, it is not price you should be worried about, but the company that produces them and the reputation of the particular model. Also, is the stroller new or used? You might want to find out the model of the stroller if it is used, as you could be getting a mega-deal, or you could have a potential deathtrap just waiting to collapse. However, if it is new, I would have confidence in it. Do some research on models in this price range, as mine is bringing in mostly neutral or positive results.
I just bought one from a consignment shop and it is a single jogging stroller with a swivel front wheel. I paid $50. I found a single jogger with a stationary front wheel and is was on craigslist for $25, which is all you should pay for one without a swivel. Since the Gerry baby product company is out of business (I've researched online), only used strollers of these types can be found.
