Did anyone ever beat usain bolt in 100 meter?

while he has been a world class 100m runner he has lost just 1 100m race, to Asafa Powell shortly before the Beijing Olympics, 9.88 to 9.89 I think. I recall Bolt should have won, with about 10m to go, Bolt thinks Powell is too far ahead and stops running hard, he underestimates how much Powell loses ground late in the race and Powell giveing everything and dipping to the line just holds off Bolt's jogging.
