Golf professionals use clubs from a variety of manufacturers and are each tailored to each individual to suit their specific individual body type and swing.
There is an awful lot to be gained by having a correctly fitted set of clubs, something all pros but not all amateur golfers take advantage of.
Most Pros will then select 13 clubs from a pool for possibly 18 clubs (Golfers may only carry 14 clubs, and virtually all serious players will carry a putter!) specifically for the course they are playing on that particular day. They select the clubs that will provide the best combination of clubs taking into consideration trajectory, carry, overall distance, spin rate, feel at impact, course setup and hazards, but it's essentially the clubs they think that will enable them to shoot the lowest score possible for that round!

Not all clubface lofts are universal between clubs marked the same. The lofts vary between individual clubs and manufacturers. ie - XYZ PW has 46 degrees of loft whilst ABC PW has 48 degrees.

During a Pro Am there are two sets of tees. Ones which the pros play off, these would be the tournament tees. The other set is the Amateur tees, from which the amateurs play off, these are usually quite far forward as much as 150 yards in front of the pro tees!
There are a few stores that offer printing of personalized golf tees. One purchase personalized tees from 'The Golf Tee Store', 'Golf Tees Etc' and 'Golfers Shop Here'.
Amateurs, regardless of handicap, play the forward tees.
Wherever you want. Probably the general play tees would be best.

Split tees in golf course design are significant because they allow for more efficient and organized play by dividing golfers into two separate starting points. This helps to reduce congestion and wait times on the course, ultimately improving the flow of play and overall experience for golfers.
Split tees in golf course design serve the purpose of allowing golfers to start their round from two different locations on the course. This helps to manage the flow of players and maintain a steady pace of play by reducing congestion at the beginning of the course. By offering multiple starting points, split tees can help distribute golfers more evenly throughout the course, preventing bottlenecks and delays. This can ultimately improve the overall experience for golfers and help maintain a smooth and efficient pace of play on the course.
There are thousands upon thousands of professional women golfers. There are numerous tours, such as the LET and LPGA. In Asia womens golf is massive.
In golf, the term "split tees" refers to starting the round with golfers teeing off from two different sets of tees on the first hole, allowing for a faster pace of play by having half the players start on one tee and the other half on a different tee.
